The Gulf of Guinea Commission is a regional intergovernmental organization established to promote cooperation and security among nations bordering the Gulf of Guinea. Its primary focus is to address shared challenges such as piracy, armed robbery at sea, illegal fishing, and drug trafficking, while also promoting regional economic integration and development.
