The Hague Code of Conduct is a political initiative aimed at curbing ballistic missile proliferation. With over 140 subscribing nations, it is a non-binding instrument that encourages transparency and restraint in the development of ballistic missiles and space launch vehicles. The Code is the only multilateral normative instrument in the fight against the proliferation of ballistic missiles.
