Global trade shaken by 'systemic uncertainty,' UNCTAD report warns

GENEVA (AN) — Global trade is being reshaped by a new and systemic force: policy unpredictability.

A new report from U.N. Trade and Development on Tuesday warns this uncertainty is acting as a "new tariff," driving up costs for businesses and disproportionately harming developing nations.
