
Summit clinches $1 billion for U.N. health agency's funding gap
WHO says it needs $11.1 billion for its core work over the next four years, but has only $4 billion in projected income.
Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is one of Europe's largest university hospitals, combining patient care, research, and teaching. Founded in 1710, it has a long and distinguished history, and more than half of all German Nobel Prize winners in medicine and physiology have worked there.
