The Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services is the governing body for the U.N.'s Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS). It provides strategic guidance and oversight for the development, delivery, and application of climate services. The IBCS ensures that climate information is accessible and useful to policymakers and key sectors to support better decision-making.
