The International Advisory Body on Submarine Cable Resilience is a joint initiative launched in late 2024 by the U.N.'s International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the International Cable Protection Committee (ICPC). It brings together governments and industry experts to provide strategic guidance, promote best practices, and facilitate cooperation to enhance the security and resilience of the world’s subsea cable network.
