One of the world’s most influential security forums is warning that the international order it helped sustain for decades is no longer being adjusted or repaired, but actively dismantled.

"The postwar international order is now under destruction," the report says, warning that established ways of managing rivalry are giving way to ad hoc bargaining, regional power blocs and selective adherence to international norms.
