GENEVA (AN) — The World Economic Forum announced it concluded its investigation into founder Klaus Schwab, clearing him and his wife, Hilde Schwab, of any "material wrongdoing" after a whistleblower complaint alleged misconduct and a mixing of personal and forum finances.

The announcement on Friday comes just over four months after Schwab abruptly resigned as chairman amid the launch of the probe.
