The Global Ocean Forum is an independent, non-profit organization that works to advance the global ocean agenda. Mobilized in 2001, it has brought together ocean policy leaders from over 110 nations to foster cross-sectoral dialogue and track progress on major ocean-related goals since its formalization in 2002.
