GENEVA (AN) — The World Health Organization estimates that at least $7 billion will be needed to restore Gaza’s war-battered health care system.

The assessment offered by WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Thursday is based on a four-step plan for recovery.
