GENEVA (AN) — Delegations from Ukraine, Russia and the United States returned to the InterContinental Hotel for a second day of negotiations aimed at outlining a framework for ending the war, with discussions centered on territorial control, security guarantees and protection of critical infrastructure.

The meeting on Wednesday marked the third round of U.S.-mediated talks following earlier sessions in Abu Dhabi and comes days before the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
