U.S. ambassador unveils 'MUNGA' plan to force massive U.N. cuts

The Trump administration has initiated a sweeping U.N. reform strategy dubbed "MUNGA," or "Make the U.N. Great Again," leveraging the threat of withheld U.S. funding to compel major budget and personnel reductions.

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Mike Waltz, in an interview published on Monday by Breitbart News that provides more confirmation of U.S. President Donald Trump's policy intentions, called it a "tough love" campaign for change at the New York-headquartered global body.
